Thanks Hari, for posting this. I don't read German but I can use the auto-translate mode. The basic idea of the article is that the Iranians have more stuff, full stop. A drone swarm, for example, could severally damage the U.S. fleet. Of course the Iranians have to have lots and lots...thousands...of long range drones to hit the tops of U.S. carriers and destroy the fighter bombers sitting on these ships. It's not clear to me they have that many or, have the ability to fly along the wave tops to avoid radar. I suspect the U.S. does have the capability to fend off the high-speed/ballistic missle attacks the Iranians might send to the U.S. fleet. I hope we don't have to find out.
