Could you be just a bit more specific ???  'ISDN connection' is just too vague.  
There are several ways to accomplish ISDN connections --- you can install a 
card directly in the box which will give you ISDN connectivity, and there are 
several which are supported by Linux --- you can use something like the 
Motorola Bitsurfer, which, in effect, is used just like a modem, or you can use a 
router which has an ISDN interface.

And yes, I have done all three.
