Yes. We've a connection between two of our plants via 128K dial-up ISDN lines.
We're using USR Courier I-Modems, but I can't get them to do 128K, only 64K.
(There's something about that second channel that's defeated me - for now.)

Basically, they're seen by Linux as regular modems, just the initialization
strings are different.  The HOWTOs were very helpful (PPP and SERIAL).
