Hello Everybody,

I use Mauve 2.2.0 to align bacterial genomes on a PC.  Although I can 
open nicely the alignment file, I am not able to open the backbone or 
the guide tree files. I encounter messages saying that:   "An error 
occurred when reading the file. Rearrangement data format version 
unsupported", or "not ad XMFL file".

I just would like to know certain raw parameters such as amount of 
backbone conserved, identity matrix ect across the genomes I am comparing.

Has anybody have an idea to solve this problems.
