Hello everyone!
I'm a new Mauve user and currently comparing the available genome
sequences of P. aeruginosa with Mauve.
Original Mauve works fine and so it seems for progressiveMauve.
However, when aligning multiple Genomes with progressiveMauve the
program itself completes without error but crashes on loading the
results into the GUI.
The output files are created and seem to be OK. Loading them with the
GUI again leads to crash with the same symptoms.
Here's the Java error message:

I tried both under WinXP with JRE 1.6 and on a 64-bit (x86) machine
running Ubuntu 7.10 with JRE 1.6 and received the same error.
Has anyone experienced this before and could give me a hint how to solve
this?
