I accepted a free "trial" CD from SUSE about a year ago for a PC, and 
based on that experience would never touch them again. It self 
installed, but didn't allow for any sort of updates, didn't work, and 
so far I have found NO WAY to remove the close to 1.5 GB of wasted 
space without reformating my harddrive.
