Hard to be a Quadra 605. It's small and tucks away in a corner nicely. A
little bit of soldering and it's at 33mhz, and it's very easy to drop in
a full 68040. The LC Ethernet cards seem to be fairly well supported.

Other than that, a Quadra 840AV is hard to pass up as the fastest 68k
Mac produced by Apple :)
