I thinking that my CD burning program could be the problem. I have Toast 4.1.2, but it does not have the option to burn from a disk image.
Make sure any need extension are enabled.
If its a .iso load toast, use the pulldown menu in the toast window to select "disc copy" and drag the .iso onto the window.
Write cd. :)
