Both Phoenix and Mozilla are available for NetBSD/ppc, but NetBSD doesn't support the 601. As far as m68k goes, I know the Debian people were playing with Mozilla recently; I'm not sure of their success. Konqueror does exist for NetBSD/m68k, but as part of the rather large KDE package. And until the next m68k bulk build completes, it's only at 3.0.5.1.
