I guess I'll find out. I've decided to try NetBSD first. I'll read the installation notes more thoroughly than I have so far, and maybe start downloading tonight. It looks like it'll probably be days or more likely weeks before I can get a working NetBSD system even without many installation problems, thanks to everything else going on in my life right now. -- David W.
