On the subject of emulation, it looks like Bochs and BasiliskII have come a loooong way since last time I checked them out. The OS X interface seems nice and usable. If I can get past the actual setup of the emulation, it should be pretty cool.

Hmm, your easily pleased Tim or it has come a lonngg way. Have to revisit Bochs for another look.

One of my favorites is Squeak, its not pc, mac or linux but is small and runs on 68k and x86 and up. I guess its HyperCard like, very usable but not well supported, well worth a look.

B2, on my dual G4 running Jag, works surprisingly well. There's also a

Cameron, does it do appletalk to 68k macs running old AS clients? I know its doing things the hard way.

Thanks

http://emulation.net/ <- for macs
http://www.emaculation.com/ <- worth a long look on any OS if your interested in that sort of thing.

Cherry OS, a Softmac sort of thing or real?

I wish one or two of you folks would consider (re) subbing to the Mac n Dos list, like this one its quiet until there's something worth discussing. We could use a OSX-PPC Nix user or two who enjoys Xplatform and emulation.

Cheers
