More questions from a Linux-on-Macs newbie:
Will I be able to use UltraWide SCSI hard drives to full advantage in a 9600 running Linux? Are there Linux drivers for the Adaptec 2940UW and/or the Initio Miles series of cards, or are they even needed...?
Also, does a G3 upgrade need cache enabling software under Linux? I'll probably be installing YDL 3.0 if that makes any difference.
