Developer / Technical Support for project to upgrade Business Object 6.5 to Business Objects XI. Responsibilities: a.. Performs development and technical support for project ot upgrade Business Objects 6.5 to Business Objects XI. Activities include problem analysis and resolution. Uses thorough understanding of Business Objects to make support decisions within parameters set by team leaders. b.. Record test results in test management system and accountable for the resolution of identified defects. c.. Define and perform post-deployment verification procedures. d.. Document work as defined by documentation standards. Utilize document management system to maintain documentation. e.. Peer review work done by other team members and enforce standards. f.. Utilize change management system to version code changes and follow approved change management processes. g.. Escalate project risks and issues as appropriate. h..
