Use http://bit.ly to shorten the URLs in your tweets and get click statistics for each URL. If you post links to your site, add a meaningless parameter to the URL in order to track incoming click from Twitter. Somthing like http://example.com/page.html?source=twitter And while we are at it - I highly recommend http://cotweet.com .
