Thank you for all of the excellent advice. I've never considered a MLIS degree, but after looking at some of the coursework I think it may be a good choice. I'm looking at UW Milwaukee, which offers an online degree. They have an IT concentration and also offer an integrated Masters in History or Anthropology with reduced credits. Plus as a veteran I qualify for a full tuition waiver at all state universities! I really appreciate the input, it was very helpful!
