I somehow supect that when I give my log-in name now, and they pull my
account up on screen there is a note about my attitude, and to be
careful with me, and not mention any MS product.

I always just keep repeating my question about their setup. I never
have questions for them about software or hardware. They get sick of
it before I do and the only escape for them is to actually LISTEN to
my question. After every call to them there is an auto email inviting
me to comment on the event. So far I have never given a negative
report--but it's been close with a few of them..

I never have phone co problems. They are helpful and generally
committed to quality service. A friend complained about her data
connection and after a lot of discussion and testing they replaced
most of the cables in her (small) town.
