If MicroDot-II assumes to have got an EMail already, then it don't
sortin it. If I remember right, this happens with Dupes, with some
Spam and with EMails without Message-IDs.
In my eyes this is a bug, not a feature; and I don't know a fix for
this. You must live with it and wait for a better MD-II or use an
other mailer, sorry.
