I had a look around and found that version, unfortunately it works. :-)

Both the small version, 20052, and the large one, 80352, work here, so I'm
even more at a loss as to why it's not working for you. If the script runs,
but the files are not saved, then it indicates that for some reason it
cannot find the Uudecode command, which would be very odd.
C:Uudecode (no version string - size 80352 or 20052)
Libs:rexxreqtools.library (37.95)
Libs:reqtools.library (38.1413)
Libs:ixemul.library (48.0)
Snoopdos (not in system path or incorrect path set in script)
The only way I can see it failing, is if one of these files is not in the
correct place or of the wrong version. This has me baffled.
