Does anyone have a list of SP-DIF source-category codes and reliable
information on treatment of the various categories (other than the known CD,
DCC, MiniDisc and DAT sources) by SCMS.
Also, how is the digital signal for an SB-Live card treated by the SCMS
subsystem in a digital recorder, when a recording is made from a source such
as a RealAudio broadcast, a MIDI file or sound that was written to hard disk
for "polishing up" using a sound-editor? Are the recordings declared
"penultimate" or "final"?
