| My slightly knackered Sharp 722 can do this. It ignores the TOC and just
| plays any disc you put in it from 00:00 to 74:59 in stereo even if the disc
| is blank! I never actually thought a broken MD would come in handy, but it

Well, Matt, as Peter Wood found out when he tested Helge Boehme's instruc-
tions for the 701 on a 722, a 722 in good repair can do it as well. A 722
in good repair can also clone other TOC information besides a single stereo
track filling the disc.
