Berdasar penjelasan Bapak berikut benar bahwa sender host yang melalui *protection.outlook.com sebagai contoh sbb from [157.56.112.132:26701] from [157.56.112.130:31674] from [157.55.234.116:3957] from [157.56.112.130:32000] from [157.56.112.131:60864] from [134.170.140.87:55956] from [157.56.112.143:5152] Sebagian besar gagal terdelivery pada hari ini ke user Pak. Apakah ada setting yang khusus di MD untuk mengatasi masalah ini Pak? Apakah ada pengaruhnya dengan bandwith traffic saat transmisi data atau ada pembatasan idle time di sisi firewall sender dll Pak ?. Mohon petunjuk yang efektif untuk mengatasi hal ini karena email2 yang urgent gagal terdelivery ke user dan harus diresend ulang. Apakah yang harus saya sampaik ke pengelola email sender agar bisa bisa diresolve untuk penyesuain setting untuk masalah kami berikut Pak.
