Email server kami terjadi anomali pada saat pengiriman email.
Sebagai gambaran toologi yang kami gunakan saat ini adalah adanya cisco
IronPort sebagai email gateway dengan IP 139.0.8.241 sebagai mx record
domain kami.
Anomali nya adalah 2 hari kemarin semua email yang dikirimkan ke luar
selalu mental, setelah cek log di ironport di katakan bahwa IP kami di
banned oleh trendmicro.
Anehnya IP yang terbanned ini adalah IP yang digunakan oleh karyawan untuk
internetan (139.255.4.5), bukan IP 139.0.8.241 Lalu akhirnya kami minta isp
untuk memebersihkan reputasi IP 139.255.4.5 ini
hari ini reputasi IP 139.255.4.5 sudah hijau, namun email keluar tetap
tidak bisa dikirim karena tidak memiliki SPF record
mohon pencerahan nya Pak, kenapa setiap kami kirim emai selalau IP
139.255.4.5 ini yang terbawa?
Padahal IP ironport adalah 139.0.8.241 dan mx nya juga di set ke IP
tersebut.
Keduanya sama-sama milik linknet atas nama PT Fastrata Buana (kapal api
group), apakah memang trend sekarng mencek semua IP Pak?
