I've recently changed jobs and lost access to a full blown Visual Studio, and
thus have installed Express Edition... I've not moved any projects over to it
yet, but once I do, and if no one else has posted info, I'll submit what I
find.. :)

 As an aside, I did install the VST developers kit, and as usual, once the paths
(include, lib, etc) are all correct everything worked as it should...
