For Qt MeeGo is just standard X11 but for application more important thing is 
that what UX do you have, netbook,
tablet or handset or something else. Application desgned for Mouse and NetBook 
UX should behave a lot
different than handset.

May be best choice is to make app UI using Qml / Qt Components and load right 
Qml file depending what 
UX you would like to have
