the kernel ABI to glibc does not change, and the kernel-headers should really
describe the reference ABI there...

So... we can use the 2.6.37 kernel-headers package for
building out-of-tree kernel modules for a 2.6.38
adaptation kernel?
If "no" -- then that's the problem.
