Well, sure. But doing *that* right requires proper synchronization of the two windows' animation rendering via some neutral party like the window manager, which mcompositor doesn't do anyway. In the default case (and no, I haven't tested it) I'm not convinced that there's going to be a meaningful difference between the app getting a message from sensord then messaging the VKB synchronously (after which they both trigger orientation animations) and the app and VKB both listening to the same signal and animating themselves. Both cases are subject to IPC delays and jitter.
