At this point it's best to immediately delete all suspected 
messages without opening them.  In some situations it's fairly easy 
to accidentally execute an attachment even when you're aware of 
the virus issue in question.

If today is any indiciation I suspect we're all in for a rough couple of 
days with a huge increase in email volume.
