Wojee,
I would suggest at least 2' pipes and 3' at a maximum. The larger the pipe,
the more free flowing the air will be but if we go into the physics and do
the math 3' pipe may not be the best for your engine.(velocity, air
pressure, temperature) Add in all these factors and things may be
different - i dont know!. Anyone want to do the brainwork???? I would also
suggest mandrel bends to allow better flow. I hope i shone some light (or
just a spark) on the subject for you.
