If anyone, either travelling in the opposite direction, or stationary at the
side of the road, can read the dimly lit plates on a car doing over 200 (not
that it matters in N.T. !), then I'll be a monkey's uncle. Trying to see
them at 60kph travelling in the opposite direction is hard enough, believe
me. !!!
