FJ man,
I've got a vw golf radiator in my 510, all alloy, keeps things very cool
with a single 10" thermo (blow through) and 180 thermostat, have had no
probs, its a pressurised system so no overflow bottle and fairly easy to
fit. Running standard injectors at the moment and a VP V8 fuel pump (bosch)
off a 1.5 litre surge tank in boot.
