Andrew,
The easiest way to identify a L18W block by the engine number L18 xxxxxx W.
They came in 610 180B SSS, Utes and industrials eg forklifts and heaps of
them were imported in the 70/80's from Japan. The 180B & 710 SSS came
standard with the 78 mm Nissan steel crank - I'm not sure about the 620 as
I've never pulled one apart to find out.

Terry,
How do you identify a L18w block and what are they out of ? What steel
cranks
are available for these? Thanks.
