Chris, A 60-1 would certainly make it get up and go.The wheel itself is only about $290 last time I bought one but the oz $ might be different now.If you pick up a T04 cover and back plate cheap then you can get these machined to suit the wheel for about $100.New stuff is around $600 to suit the wheel or more if you want the 4" inlet. The standard size housing will still flow 90 percent of the larger inlet housing. You would need at least a .63 exhaust housing and a -61 turbine wheel or larger and a 360 degree thrust bearing. Then you would need forged pistons,o-ringed head gasket, larger injectors and fuel pump and with a bit of sorting out should see 11's.A used T04 comp cover with a V trim wheel with a .63 exhaust housing and back cut T3 turbine might get you into the 12's and would be about the cheapest option.Much the same as the one on mine. It's run25psi at under 4000rpm but i've wound it back a bit now until i can get better control over the mixtures.
