Maybe supplemented with a blunt pair of 6" bolt cutters for toes and fingers
and some bamboo slithers for dessert after these parts have been crushed
away!

Hello Tim,

An easy and cheap security measure that a mate did on his moke was to
take out a front seat, then pull the handbrake on nice and tight and
drill a hole at floorpan level through the lever big enough to take a
decent padlock. Front seat goes back in, and then whenever you park
just whack the padlock on. With a bit of luck it could stall them long
enough for you to come out of the house with a pair of pliers and a
blowtorch...
