Compression specs are at nnn psi @ 350 rpm (usually). You achieve nothing by turning it by hand.

Subject: compression check

Hi list,

Just wondering how accurate it would be
checking the compression of a motor
by turning it over by hand? with a screw in compression tester. rather than with the starter motor?
just to check if they are all the same?

thanks
Heath
