hi, you where on your way home , and your car stalled, and there where some other cars/obstacles in the way so you had to park on the strip. or u temporarily had to park there to jump start a friends car, cause thejumper leads werent long enough ( think of something like that) then you couldnt start yours, and had to wait to get a part for your car etc........
