it will go something like this but written properly..... Last night we towed my car home (i do live in the house, well will soon) because it broke down with a flat battery and would not run after we jump started the car.
We can't get the car into the back yard because its on a hill so I decided to park it out the front (on the flat road) but because it was on a corner we pushed it up onto the nature strip. The next day, (day of the fine) I went to my parents place to get a new alternator (I already have one out of the car if they want to see it) from my other car (same model) and when I got back I had a parking fine for parking on the nature strip. (I was fined at 11am) I thought I would be safest off the road both whist I fix the car and so it doesnt disrupt traffic.
