Specially one like that, say something like I've mowed it for 10 years ($2 a
mow, which is cheap as) three times a year (more like 10) 10x2x3 = $60 which
is your fine... so we'll call it even :)

Can someone tell me is it true that nature strip fines can only be given if
someone complains?
