There is a couple of version of this turbo, both have ceramic turbine wheels and one has a carbon composite comp wheel. The turbine a/r is around .48.On a ca18det with appropriate upgrades they report 160kw at the tyres at 14psi.

Hey all.I recently (today) purchased a turbo off a RB25 that was in a R33 Skyline (single turbo model).Does anyone know the the A/R???? Max hp ratings or any other statistics?????? The number in the compressor is 45V1. Looks similar to the VG30 turbo...And yes I have been warned about their impeller blades that pack it in after about 1 bar. I believe its because the carbon-fibre blades are glued on with an advanced epoxy rather than velocity welded (can't weld plastic!!!).Thanks :)- Dave T
