Guys, I'm in the middle of doing my rear disc conversion. I am using the R31 discs and calipers. I have modified the mounting bracket and it sits ok on the suspension arm. Problem is when it is all bolted up, the other edge of the disc contacts the caliper. Now it might sound like the bracket is not flush with the flange, but I have checked and it is. I can put spacers behind the caliper mounting bolts to get it to fit but would rather not. Did anyone else have this problem? The bracket is supposed to be fitted with the, bugger how do I explain this...., the curved bit towards the diff? I have forgotten which way they came off the R31.
Any suggestions?
