Hi Guys, allow me to chip in my 2c on a passionate subject of mine :) I think it is a common misconception that blow thru is difficult and less reliable. I don't really think there is any way, suck or blow which is better, each has their advantages and disadvantages. I reckon there is just as much fabrication involved in a suck through, as a blow through. blow through you can retain the factory manifold and linkages (or whatever bolt on manifold carby combination you decide to use). Blow through might be slightly more expensive to setup but it is debatable. You could use second hand or you could use new parts.. There are just a few rules to setting up the carby and if disobeyed could give you the impression of the blow thru system being unreliable.   There is a bit of literature written on the net and a little in books (but not a real lot that I have found). Too much to write in one email unfortunately..
