I can't say that I have - but why would you do it? The guys that I race with who use very well developed versions of the 4age 20v (in sprinters) are still chasing more horsepower. You simply can't get the same horsepower from the 1.6 as you can from a well developed FJ or SR. Some of the guys (2 that I know of) are preparing to build 1.8L versions. Using the current spec block from the 1.8 corolla and adapting the 20v head to fit.
