hi, i have dished z20 ( you can get flat or dished), which i got machined out a bit more, then when i had to redo he engine i just put the dish type back in withoutt geting them machined out more. i can work it out more exact if ya want me to but i think i ended up with about 7.8:1 or 7.9:1
