Bluey Series 2 EI? probably so I'll answer as if it is. On the dizzy you should have two wires may be three, pink (+ve coil) and green (-ve coil) and black (earth). Note. Not all S2 EI dizzies have the black wire, beats me why and it doesn't seem to matter much either. Old 1600/180B/200B wiring. Join the two wires together that were on the Ballast resistor. Leave the existing loom positive coil wire on the coil (black/green on 1600 and it will have 12v with ignition on) Remove the old negative coil wire that went to the points dizzy. To check the BR circuit has been wired correctly, remove the starter solenoid wire so the engine doesn't crank over, and check that the coil has 12v with ignition key in the start position. Re-connect starter solenoid wire after the test. I don't think I've missed anything and you can follow my instructions (sorry, bit seedy today hehehe so this might not be my usual standard....) regards Terry -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of nat P.
