Im thinking it isn�t aligned either. SO pretty much I take the vinyl stuff off the door, and then unscrew the inside metal sheeting and go from there? Mines a 1600�. Sounds like a Sunday afternoon job as I need my car all week and don�t really want to drive around without the door trim on. Grrr. Oh well. One of the pains of driving a 30 year old car, but I guess the pleasures outweigh it by a lot :)
