Triple cores last cost me around $380 for two, to supplied and fitted to my frames. One of these has been in use for five years with no problems in any situation, even when the car had fuel vaporising problems in the fuel delivery rail, in 40 degree stop start traffic. (Its my son's L18SSS powered 1600 with an EFI fuel system).
I installed my first triple core radiator in a rally car with a twin 45mm Webber powered L18. We used it in hot desert conditions on rallies around the Mallee and near Broken Hill, and steep mountains around Bright in fairly hot conditions - never looked like getting hot, despite using seven grand at relatively low speeds up hills, all day an night..
