Torque links are shot, highly unlikely the thrust links are any good,
either. Replace both on each side. The improvement will be
astonishing, as you currently have terrible rear handling. Take a peek
and the sway bar links and rubber body mounts for the sway bar -- R&R
if bad.
You will need a "triple square" driver and a "suspension link repair
kit" consisting of new bolts, washers, and nuts for each of the four
links.
Not super hard, but getting the torque link back on with the funky
little sleeve is a PITA -- do it first, while you have the thrust link
off, it's easier.
Check the rear calipers while you are in there, this is a good time to
work on them!
