If Joe's program doesn't work for you, I use a free program called FTP
commander at ...

Once you have downloaded this and installed it you would just enter a new
site and put Tarek's FTP site in the "properties" area. After that you just
click on his site and it pops up. This is also one of the programs that, if
the transfer was stopped for some reason, will continue where you left off.
With a fast connection it will likely take you 2 or 3 hours to download
