An emulsifier would not help my situation as it would get the water into the combustion mix and form sulfuric acid with the bruned sulphur compounds. Draining is not practical on a regular basis. Sounds like I need to look into a very efficient water separator...which I think causes harder starting in cold weather. Do they sell heated water seperators? I saw a Hengst heated fuel filter once, but don't think it had a specific water separation capability.
