I am always amused when people are willing to toss the Geneva Convention
aside whenever it suits them. Part of being the United States of
America, the greatest country on this green earth(tm), means that we
don't lower ourselves to the barbaric nature of (some) other countries.
We take the high road because thats who we are, the moral high ground.

For the record, Jewish Palestinians (yes they aren't all Arabs) invented
the suicide bomber when fighting the UK in what is now Israel. Last time
I checked the Israelis were just as much to blame as the guy from
Hezballah. You should check up on your middle eastern history. I would
be pretty pissed if my country was reshaped into a singular theocracy,
renamed and my neighbors started inviting all of their European cousins
and kicked me out in the middle of the night by bulldozing my house
and blowing up my Mercedes :

Don't get me wrong they are both to blame. They have both violated UN
and GC law time and time again. That doesn't mean we need to stoop to
their levels.
