'Point about conservation of energy was referring to the elec power that it
takes to separate the H from the O.  You're not gonna get it for free.  It
takes some more fuel for the engine to produce the additional electricity
used to separate the H from the O.  Ya still not gonna get something for
nothing.  The fuel for the engine is not free; the elec is not free; the H2
is not free.
